Shipping and customs
Everything ships from the mine, not from a warehouse.
Every piece is packed on site the day after the drop and dispatched with tracking. Transit takes 7 to 12 business days to the 18 countries we already serve. Transit insurance is included in the shipping price and returns are open for 14 days from delivery.
What we're still closing
Customs, VAT and returns are settled country by country, and we're finishing that documentation market by market before opening sales. If you need the detail for your country now, write to us and we'll send it in writing.
